I brought neurofeedback brain training into my practice as an additional tool to support the mental and emotional goals of my clients. As a counselor, I found it a challenge to help clients change their unhealthy habitual patterns, such as ruminating thoughts, anxiety, and PTSD. All of these issues are not just about learning self-control but also brain-stuck-in-habit problems. Using neurofeedback, I have found it to be a significant support for clients. My practice expanded into brain training for peak performance and wellness, as well as home units. We all want to be able to function at peak and optimal levels.
After seeing how well neurofeedback works, I wanted to offer it not just to my clients, but to my colleague clients, and for those who are struggling with ADHD, PTSD, depression, and anxiety, so that this technology can be used at home under close supervision and monitoring.
Originally from Denver and now based in Texas, Jaci is a mother of two and understands firsthand the demands of balancing life, family, and emotional wellness. Her passion for helping others grew from both her professional training and personal experiences, leading her to develop a practice that meets clients where they are—without judgment and with practical, effective tools for change.
She believes that healing is possible for everyone and that with the right support, individuals can move from survival into a life of clarity, confidence, and purpose.
